Bought something at boohoo.com and need to use Boohoo returns? Just leave it with us.

Making a Boohoo return with us

It’s now easier than ever because all you have to do is drop it off at your local Post Office. That’s it. You don’t even have to print a return label at home. If you prefer, you can just pop into your local branch, and we’ll scan the QR code straight from your phone and label the item for you.

  • Repack your item(s)
  • Login to Boohoo’s returns portal. You will need your order number and email/last 4 digits of your phone number and let them know which item you’re returning and why
  • Choose to return at your local Post Office
  • Then print a returns label or get a QR code for your phone

Bring your package and label or QR code to your local Post Office and we’ll do the rest. Boohoo will then send you an email when they receive your returned stuff. If you've not heard anything in 28 days, give them a shout and they’ll look into it for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it free to return my Boohoo stuff?

Yes. Just log into your Boohoo account to print your free returns label or get a QR code to bring to your local Post Office and we’ll print your free label for you. Drop into your branch and drop off your package.

I don't have the original packaging. What do I do?

As long as you’ve repackaged your items in something sealable, waterproof and non-see-through then we can process the return for you. Just head into your local Post Office with your returns label or QR code and we’ll take it from there.

How long do I have to return my items?

You've got 28 days (from the day you receive it) to return something to Boohoo. To get the most up to date information check out the Boohoo website.
